Analyze the Primary Situations of Middle and Small Cities in Northwest China

Based on the comparison of the data of primary situation of middle and small cities in the eastern part of northwest China,this paper studies the relationships between urban development,social economy,industrial structure and built environment,points out the problems which should be noticed during the development processes of these cities.
