Construction and effect of the national nursing experimental teaching center

Objective: This study aimed to construct a national nursing experimental teaching demonstration center,in order to promote the integration and sharing of high quality teaching resources,and to enhance the students' practical and innovation ability.Methods: The comprehensive experimental teaching reform included the nursing teaching reform,the experimental teaching center management system establishment,the experimental teaching team building,the experimental teaching environment construction and the diversified practice teaching platform expansion.Results: The national nursing experimental teaching center had achieved an open experimental management mode based on the unified management and the sharing resource,built a three-block experimental teaching system,created a new nursing experimental teaching mode,improved the students' practical and innovation ability,and played a demonstration role.Conclusion: The experimental teaching center will help to further promote the construction of experimental laboratory,the teaching reform and innovation,to play a more important role in the training of students' innovative spirit and practical ability.
