The Urban-Rural Integration and the Problem-Solving of Dual Economy Structural

China, being a developing country, has a typical scenario of dual economy. Since China’s dual economy is multidimensional and complicated, we cannot get satisfactory results by using existing theories to analyze China’s dual economic issues. This essay states the cause of formation and features of China’s urban-rural economy and discusses about the existing dual economic theoretical models and their limitation. It suggests that we should scientifically implement urban-rural integration to explain and solve the problems of dual economy.
