Abstract
Objective To study the expression of neuron nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) in different brain tissue in rats with focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Modified intravascular embolism method was employed to make focal ischemia in rats.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of nNOS in brain. Results ①Compared with the normal group, the expression of nNOS had remarkably enhanced after cerebral ischemia reperfusion(P0.05);②The nNOS expression in ischemia side was more obvious than opposite side in cortex,CA_1 and CA3(P0.05).Conclusion Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in one side can lead to damage in another side, but the former is more serious.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
