Abstract
FAAS determination of aluminium using N 2O C 2H 2 flame is presented. A linear relationship holds between the absorptance and the concentrations of aluminium in the range of 20~80 μg/mL. The RSD found at the concentrations level of 8.0 μg/mL was 1.0%( n =6), the recovery obtained by the standard addition test amounted to 97%~102%( n =6). This proposed method proves to be suitable in the analysis of 7715D high temperature titanium alloy.
