Abstract

This article describes the specific processes based on the PKI digital signature technology,the facture and application of electronic signature stamp or seal,and the application of electronic signature stamp or seal in online bidding system.The effective solution to the issues of signature and seal in online bidding system makes the electronic documents have legal effect and makes the online bidding system have more practical value.
