Abstract
According to the statistics of 2001-2010 in Shaanxi Province,this paper,based on gray relevance analysis and the analysis of the relationship between economic growth of Shaansi Province and every factor of sci-tech input,draws the conclusion that the sci-tech investment has the certain connection to the economic growth,and the contribution of the financial resource investment are stronger than the manpower investment and the information resource investment,then proposes a series of suggestions by the sci-tech to promote economic growth.
