Abstract

The social contract theory ,which used to be considered an out-dated demonstrative approach,has been revitalized by Rawls. This paper aims at hackling and evaluating advancement of New-contract theory ,the dissimilarities between the classic contract theory and Rawls'one , and critique from all ways to social contract theory as the obtaining way of Justice.
