Abstract
The financial crisis beginning from 2007 has brought great effects on the economic development of our country, especially on our export, and at the same time, has brought some opportunities which can be used to improve the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure by stimulating the internal demand. This paper firstly analyzes the economic situation in our country, and puts forward the necessity of upgrading the industrial structure by taking the chance of the crisis and the effect on Chinese economy. At last, based on Michael Porter's Diamond Model, it proposes the directions and countermeasures for upgrading the industrial structure, hoping to provide some thoughts on Chinese economic development.
