Abstract
The application of the contracting negligence's responsibility includes the stage in which the regulation of contracting of negligence's responsibility could be applied and situation in which the regulation of contracting of negligence's responsibility could be applied. The former one puts emphasis on the issue of start and the end point of existence of the responsibility of contracting negligence, the latter one is to determine in which situation the responsibility of contracting negligence could be applied. And under the situation of effective contract, the regulation of contracting negligence's responsibility could also be applied.
