Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of theHigh Quality Nursingin promoting the satisfaction of inpatients,thus providing evidence for administrators to carry forward high quality nursing work.Methods The patients admitted in June and December of 2009 and 2011 were investigated by answering a patients' satisfaction inventory designed by us.The data were then statistically analyzed.Results The total satisfaction degree was improved from 97.55% of 2009 to 99.47% of 2011.Each dimensionality of the satisfaction was also improved.Conclusions TheHigh Quality Nursingis effective in improving the satisfaction of inpatients,and also can promote the harmony between patients and nurses.It is suitable to be popularly applied in the hospitals.
