Abstract

Objective To explore high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus levels of change, and type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis contact. Methods Use of Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer detection, divided into the case group (in patients with type 2 diabetes 84 cases), and the control group (medical health in 75 cases).Detection of serum hs-CRP respectively, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)concentration. Results Case group and control group, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) concentration and lipid concentration of each index was significantly (P0.001), in which hs-CRP concentration and TC, TG, LDL-C concentrations were positively related, hs-CRP concentration and HDL-C concentrations were negatively correlated. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is often accompanied by blood lipid disorders, diabetes is atherosclerosis independent risk factor, diabetes atherosclerosis hyperlipidemia is an important risk factors.Hs-CRP is risk factors and strong predictors for type 2 diabetes, blood fat and testing combined application can predict the risk of atherosclerotic arteries.
