The purpose of education is to cultivate talents.The cultivation of innovative ability is a very vital content for modern education,which is of great importance to upgrade the students' overall quality.On the basis of detailed data,by means of logical analysis,this article combines the main features in P.E teaching and points out the teaching in class should create a democratic and brisk atmosphere,develop the students' innovative spirits,stimulate the students' imaginative and innovative abilities and tap their full potentials,which may serve as a reference for the reform of PE's teaching.
