Abstract

Abandoned fabrics are often disposed by simple methods such as piling up,land filling,burning down and degradation cycling.In this paper,the ramie fibers were hydrolyzed with two different types of cellulase.The hydrolysis process was optimized by single factor experiments,such as reaction temperature,pH value,enzyme concentration,bath ratio and reaction time.The results showed that in the same conditions,the hydrolysis rate of solid cellulose which enzyme activity of 2 200 IU/mL was higher than the liquid cellulase which enzyme activity of 2 000 IU/mL.The optimal process conditions of solid cellulase were temperature 40 ℃,pH value 5,enzyme concentration of 20%(owf),solid-liquid ratio 1∶50,reaction time 3 h,the hydrolysis rate improved 21.95%.
