Abstract

Enzymatic hydrolysis processes of bacterial cellulose (BC) were investigated by one-way.Effects of enzyme content, hydrolysis time and temperature on hydrolysis degree of BC(HDBC) were explored.HDBC varied with enzyme content, hydrolysis temperature and time.HDBC increased with the increase of enzyme content at a range of 0.6%~1.6%.When enzyme content was at a range of 0.4%~1.2%,HDBC enhanced with increase of hydrolysis time, but increased slowly at the end of hydrolysis.Hydrolysis degree increased, and then decreased with the increase of hydrolysis temperature, the appropriate hydrolysis temperature for BC was 50℃.
