Abstract
Sixty three endophytic bacterial strains were isolated and purified from the healthy banana plants,of which 2antagonistic bacterial strains against banana fusarium wilt,HZY-11 and HZY-23 were selected with slab confrontation method.These two strains obviously inhibited the mycelial growth of FOC,with the diameters of inhibition zone reaching 22 mm and 24 mm,respectively.They were identified as Bacillus subtilis based on the morphological,physiological and biochemical properties,and the 16 SrDNA sequence analysis.
