Abstract

This paper expounds the connotations and features of the natural monopoly industry and the governmental regulation, analyzes some problems existing in the governmental regulation of our country's current natural monopoly industries, and puts forward some assumptions on the reform of our country's governmental regulation in natural monopoly industries.
