Abstract

OBJECTIVE The Vaginal suppository of compound miconazde nitrate is prepared and the method of quantitative assay is established.METHODS Production is finished with the melting by the excipient of glyceryl fatty of artificial synthsize,Quantitative assay is conducted with P matrix UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS The suppository made is smooth, met the clinical requirement of vignal disease treatment. CONCLUSIONS The method of assay is accuracy.
