Abstract

River-spanning bridge is longitudinal asymmetry continuous box girder bridge which is difficult for construction. The paper describes the construction control of the bridge. The bridge construction was finished under on site monitor and guide. The elevation error of middle span joining 1s under allowed range, which shows the construction control is successful and provides a good example for cast-in-site cantilever construction control of a continuous box girder bridge.
