Analysis of Factors Binding Modernization of Peasant Workers

social modernization is eventually driven by people.In a country with a majority of peasants,the modernization of peasant workers acts upon the process of the modernization of the whole society.The peasant workers experience modernity during their migration from countryside to cities,nevertheless,the exclusionism of urban communities,employment problems,low literacy and inadequate exposure to mass media hinder those peasant workers from being modernized.To explore deeply,we may attribute these barriers to institutional system,traditional belief and way of behavior,and apparent absence of equal education rights.Based on above discussion,the paper tempts to put forward tentative measures to tackle the problem of modernization of peasant workers.
