Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of little needle-knife solution combined with stellate ganglion block in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 72 cases of cervical vertebral artery disease were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 patients in treatment group were all given the therapy of little needle-knife solution combined with stellate ganglion block. One week per time,3 times a course of treatment, were treated with two courses.32 patients in control group of were all given the traditional traction and massage therapy. After the treatment and 6 months later, the effective rates respectively were observed. Results In the treatment group, both recent and long-term effective rates were 92.5% and 100%.In the control group, both recent and long-term effective rates were 75.0% and 78.1%.The efficiency of 2 groups were compared by Wilcoxon rank sum test, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The little needle-knife solution combined with stellate ganglion block is a effective method to treat the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
