Abstract
In this paper, elastic protection of farmland and prime farmland was put forward from strict protection , including quantity elasticity and spatial elasticity.Then the author analyzed some facets,including farmland and prime farmland define,the prime farmland quotient distribution,the farmland balance between occupied and supplied,the reclamation of farmland for afforestation base on ecology, which providing the basis and the reference to protect farmland and prime farmland.
