Reflection on Performance Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

The standardized management in higher vocational colleges is not only the key to their sustainable development,but also a crucial part of reforming in higher vocational education.The close contacts between higher vocational colleges and market economies results in some similarities between these two parties.So it's practical to learn the performance management experience from certain economy bodies to promote standardized and systematic management and consequently to improve management level and efficiency in higher vocational colleges.While implementing performance management,we should highlight the process management and emphasize on two-way communications.In the process of improving institutional building,we should accentuate applying the performance feedbacks and evaluation results into the cycle,so as to realize the continuous improvement of staff's performance through performance management.
