The Clinical Efficacy and the Influence of the IL-33 Expression on the Active Ulcerative Colitis with Lianlitang Decoction

Objective: Investigate the effect and clinical efficacy with Lianlitang decoction of active ulcerative colitis in IL- 33 expression,Clarify the mechanism of action. Methods: 84 cases of active ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group and the control group received mesalazine enteric- coated tablets for treatment,the treatment group using dialectical soup with management on the basis of conventional therapy,IL- study 33 expression and clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 78. 6% in the treatment group was 95. 2%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher,with a significant difference( P 0. 05); levels in the control group and the treatment group,the serum IL- 33 before treatment were shown a significant rise,with a significant difference(P 0. 05); content of IL- 33 in the treatment group compared with the control group rose more obvious,with a significant difference(P 0. 05); groups no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: On the basis of conventional therapy,dialectical soup even the rationale for the use of active ulcerative colitis treatment,can affect the expression of IL- 33 to improve clinical outcomes and good security,with greater clinical significance.
