Occupational exposures causal analysis and protective measures on 54 cases of medical staff

Objective To explore the method of the protection before occupational exposures and the disposal after occupational exposures,moreover,to lay the foundation of a sound technical specifications and standard system of occupational exposures.Methods Summarized 54 medical staffs got occupation exposure injury,in January,2006 to December,2010 in our hospital,and analyzed the place and approach,position,exposures and disposition and tracking follow-up after exposure emergency.Results The 54 cases of occupational exposures of medical staffs after correct prompt processing,did not infect the disease.And folow-up test of related indexes are normal and no related infections symptoms and signs on them.Conclusion It is an effective method to reduce occupational exposures occurrence and occupational exposures infection risk that do it well on the protective installations prior input and medical staffs test before exposure,and strictly regulate the diagnosis and operation procedures and after exposure standard disposition.
