Abstract
Aimed at the supply and demand situation of water resources,water environment and water engineering in Jinzhong city,the water requirement,resources potential and water supply ability were predicted in future development.Around the two systems of establishing water engineering and resources mangement,this paper put forward the basic think of water resources exploitation and water environment improvement and four countermeasures as exploitation source,water saving,pollution control and management.
