Abstract
The enterprise culture is composed of material,behavior,system and spirit.It is generally believed that the spiritual layer is deep cultural phenomenon.The enterprise's value view,is the pursuit of business success in the process of the basic beliefs and goal.Enterprise values are the enterprise most employees agree about the ultimate judgment of enterprise significance,is the core of enterprise culture.In the development of the enterprise,to enable enterprises to achieve sustainable growth,the core value of the enterprise's role is not negligible.Based on the analysis of human resource management,staff training,performance evaluation mechanism,the paper discusses the main functions of the personnel management in the enterprise.
