Abstract

XRCC3 is a gene involved in repair of DNA damage and it may change DNA repair capacity and efficiency,thus modulate cancer susceptibility.Many researches suggest that polymorphisms of XRCC3 have relationship with susceptibility of lung cancer,but some other researches suggest there is no relationship betweew them.Different race and area may cause the different conclusion.
