Abstract

The differences between scientism and humanism have long been debated by many scholars who take the two schools as conflicting. However, most of the debate neglected the homogeneity of the two schools, which led to the problems and crises, e.g. those concerning environment and society. This paper argues that scientism and humanism will converge and that they are the two faces of the same coin.
