Purple Chinese and Western Treatment of Allergic Epilepsy

Objective:To investigate the Western classification of TCM treatment of allergic purpura combined clinical efficacy.Methods:June 2008-June 2009 92 patients in our hospital patients allergic purpura subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group 46 cases.Control group of patients given routine western medicine after admission,observation group,based on TCM syndrome network for the wind-heat injury,blood heat Wang Xing,gas is not taken blood and Yin Huo-wang treatment.Clinical effects were observed recently,immunoglobulin levels,the recurrence rate within 6 months,and adverse reactions.Results: The total effective rate was 93.5%(43/46),significantly higher than the 71.7%(33/46),the difference was significant(χ2=7.57,P0.01);wind-heat injury network,blood heat Wang Xing,gas is not taken blood and Yin Huo-wang of the disease type total effective rate was 100.0%(11/11),92.3%(12/13),90.0%(9/10) and 91.7%(11/12),all with good effect,the disease type comparison,the difference was not significant(P0.01);observation group after treatment,IgG,IgA than the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05);observation groups relapse rate was 6.3%(2/32),significantly lower than the control group 50.0%(5/10),the difference was significant(χ2=7.59,P0.01);observation group no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The classification of TCM treatment of allergic purpura United Western to play their respective advantages,Internal and External,improve efficacy and reduce adverse reactions,treatment is more effective than the Western one,economic,rational,safe and worthy of further clinical application.
