Abstract

Mergers and acquisitions refers to a development strategy,which is also a way that an enterprise carries on its investment,expands its operation,and improves its strength.In addition,it is a complicated systematic engineering,which is involved with law,management,economics,and finance and market factors.Among them,finance always runs through the whole process of mergers and acquisitions.Therefore,the key to successful mergers and acquisitions is whether the financial issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions is successful or not.
