Abstract

At present,China's economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading have entered a crucial period.As an important means to integrate industry and increase industrial values,industry mergers and acquisitions play an extremely essential role in it.Enterprises should take effective measures on the key factors in mergers and acquisitions,such as strategies,time,goal,due diligence,negotiation and integration so as to reduce risks and improve efficiency,thus ensure the success of industry mergers and acquisitions.
