Strengthening the Construction of Cadres of Organization to Enhance Public Credibility in Selecting and Appointing Cadres

It has been proposed in the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China to enhance public credibility in selecting and appointing cadres.It is important part of that respect to strengthen the construction of cadres of organization and enhance public credibility of the organization department.Currently,cadres of organization should reinforce their self-construction by making the improvement of political quality a precondition,that of professional quality a focus,that of anti-corruption ability a key,and increase of the level of people's satisfaction a criterion.Only in this way would people be more satisfied with the cadres' work.
