On the effect of lovastatin combined with Zhibituo in treating 132 patients of hyperlipemia

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lovastatin combined with Zhibituo in treating hyperlipemia.Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases of hyperlipemia were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.Each group included 66 cases.The treatment group was treated with lovastatin combined with Zhibituo and the control group was treated with Zhibituo.Results The total effective rate was 90.91% for treatment group was significantly better than 77.27% for control group(P0.05),and the treatment group showed significantly lower level of total cholesterine,glycerine,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and higher high density lipoprotein cholesterol than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Lovastatin combined with Zhibituo can improve clinical effect of hyperlipemia.
