Research on the difference of regional economic development level in Hebei province

The paper established a evaluation index system according to the economic scale,economic benefit,economic structure,the living quality and the economic potential.It also established the computational model, and then evaluated the economic level of 11cities in Hebei.The result shows the regional economic difference are quite significant and the 11 cities are divided into 3 levels.Then the paper finds out the major factors which affect the differences——location,economical foundation,governmence and resources.Finally some suggestions are put forward to promote regional coordination development.
