On Application of Performance Technology in Education from Perspective of Particularity of Education

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the current status of Performance Technology in education,this paper elaborates the particularity of educational system such as its commonweal,complexity,long period and stability and puts forward some applicable suggestions on performance technology in educational system.The suggestions stress the analysis of the adaptability while applying Performance Technology in education and the application of non-instructional measures of Performance Technology to education in order to make further researches on educational technology and promote the educational performance.
