Clinical Application on Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Acute Poisoning

Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative method of hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute poisoning and observe its nursing points.Methods Choose 53 patients and treat them at the beside by hemoperfusion using a single-pump and Rachel HA330.Results Among 53 cases 52 were cured,1 was dead,and there was no poisoning rebound.Conclusion For severe drug or toxic poisoning,in addition to unified medicine therapy,hemoperfusion in an early period can improve survival rate.Hemoperfusion single-pump equipment and its simple operation,can promote the spreading use in primary hospital.
