Abstract
Objective To analyze the normal hematology indices and their dynamic variation during different growth time. Method The radial vein blood samples of 50 Beagle dogs from a breeding place were collected, with determination of the normal WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT, N, L. Results RBC, Hb, and PLT are the highest in breeding dogs, and the lowest in whelps. There is no obvious changes in WBC and its classification, and the ratio of lymphocyte percentage(L) versus neutrophil cell percentage(N) is 1 to 2.1,L of male whelps is a little lower than normal. Conclusion Those results indicate that the hematology indices of Beagle dogs have some changing rules during different growth time.
