Study of minority community participation in the tourism development——A case study of Xi Shuang Ban Na minority community

With the rapid development of tourism,the issue of tourist destination is prominent which makes more and more scholars attach importance to the study of the tourism community.Dai nationality garden——Man Chun Man Zhai of Xi Shuang Ban Na is a typical case of community participation in the tourism development.We have investigated and studied the condition of minority community participation in tourism development,including the pattern of community participation,the extent of participation,the attitude of participation in tourism,the problem of participation in the tourism community residents encountered,social management problems existed in the destination and so on.On the basis of it,the author tries to make some suggestions of guiding the exploration and development of community participation in tourism practice,and playing a role of community participation,above all,it will make community residents benefit from it and make community tourism develop rapidly.
