Preliminary Study on Community Participation in Sustainable Development of Tourism in Minority Nationality Regions——In Xishuangbanna Dai Nationality Village as An Example

Abstract

Minority community participation in tourism can promote tourism destinations of the social,economic,and cultural development,but also to improve the quality of lives of ethnic villages and healthy development of the community.There is a wide range of community participation in tourism,but the process of community participation in tourism in Xishuangbanna,has been involved in low levels,lacked of a clear community involvement in management systems,and many other issues,for the development of national culture negative.Conflicts between residents and tourism developers,while the government has existed,in order to promote the development of tourism in the region,a national model of community participation in tourism development is built,the leading role of the government is proposed,increasing participation,improving participation levels,increasing the mass return,improving the interest distribution mechanism of sustainable development is necessary.
