Reflections on Constructing Basic Pattern of Lifelong Education System in Regional RTUs

The 16th Party Congress takes it as one of aims of building up a well-off society in an all-round way to form a national lifelong learning society.According to our basic conditions that there is a large population in china,the size of the country is big,the development of economy and education is not balent,it's a reasonable choice to give full play to advantages of modern open education and to establish basic pattern of lifelong education system.
