Abstract

Lifelong education, which comes into being to meet the needs of the Information Age, is one of the themes facing education in 21st century. It embodies lifelong education as well as socialized learning. Establishing a leaning-oriented society is both an essential requirement and the highest objective. With Learn to Survive as its core, lifelong education has naturally become a theme in modern education. Consequently, lifelong education system should be constructed.
