Clinical observation of lansoprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To evaluate curative effect of lansoprazole for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 120 cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease approved by gastroduodenal mirror from February 2006 to November 2010 of outpatient clinic of our digesting internal medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given lansoprazole tablets 30 mg,qd,Mosapride 5 mg,tid.The control group were given omeprazole capsules 20 mg,bid,domperidone 10 mg,tid.Two groups of course are 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms status of two groups were observed.The erosion and repair of esophageal mucosal were observed by reviewing gastroduodenal mirror.Results Two groups before and after treatment,heartburn symptoms such as reverse flow comparative statistics have very rating drop significant differences(P 0.05,t=2.14).The two methods have significant effect in the treatment of GERD.Two groups was statistically significant effect comparative differences (P 0.05,x 2 =4.32).Conclusion Lansoprazole has curative effects for the treatment of GERD,is obviously better than the Omeprazole,and has fewer side effects,which can be as the normal treatment scheme for GERD.
