The effects of nursing intervention on preoperative senile cataract patient before admission

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on preoperative senile cataract patient before admission. Method: A survey was designed for 240 preoperative senile cataract patients who were randomized divided into two groups.The experimental group with 120 preoperative senile cataract patients was assessed and intervened by nurses before admission,their blood pressure and heart rate was contrasted with the control group which was composed with the other 120 patient.From a contrast analysis between experimental group and control group based on the data,the corrective result was found. Result: The contrasted analysis pointed that blood pressure and heart rate of experimental group are obviously lower than the homologous data from the control group after admission and during preoperative period.Conclusion: Nursing intervention on the preoperative senile cataract patients before admission shortened the adaptation procedure of patients.
