Objective Analysis solutions that Huganjiexian decoction protect liver function in patients with hepatic cirrhosis clinical effect and possible mechanism of action. Methods To our hospital of 38 cases of patients with hepatic cirrhosis, according to the principle of random grouping, divided into treatment group and control group.Control group given conventional treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the given solutions that Huganjiexian decoction prescription treatment, according to the five months for a period of treatment, and evaluate clinical effect. Results Compared with Huganjiexian decoction group than the control group has obvious effect of liver fibrosis, comparing two groups exist significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Huganjiexian decoction treatment of the clinical effect of hepatic cirrhosis, safe and effective, and can be used as a clinical application.
