Abstract

LIANG Shi-yi was a very important figure during the late 19th century and the early 20th,but was ignored by the historical field because of some sort of reson.In fact,his theory,which contains the ideas of studying for the purpose of application being pamioc and working for the people,was shown unintentionally in his words and deeds.This thesis is to probe into his thoughts an practice.
