Abstract

Although the FDI of Chinese enterprises has made remarkable improvement, however there are still many problems to be resolved in the practice. Starting from the present situation of our country's FDI, and connecting with the relevant theories of the international direct investment, this paper puts forward the developing strategy of our country's FDI including the main parts, locations, industries, and forms, etc.
