Abstract
Since the reform and opening-up to the outside world,foreign direct investment(FDI) has made the significant contribution to the national economic development and the modernization construction.In recent years,FDI is faced with some problems as well.We should well solve the problems so as to lift the quality and level of FDI utilization.
