Abstract
In this experiment, the pollen of Armeniaca sibirica was used as experimental material to carry on studies on the viability and storage capacity, and the germination rate in vitro culture was recorded number. The results showed that the pollen viability of different individuals in the identical clone had the remarkable difference on the same culture medium, the highest was the 39-F whose pollen viability could achieve 91.54%,while the lowest was the 39-B with about 54.56%.When the pollens were cultured for 6 hours, the pollen germination rate was the highest. There was also significant difference in the pollen viability from different clones, the No.39 pollen viability was the best at 85.13%,and the worst was No.28 at 5.63%.Storage temperature had great effect on pollen viability.-20℃ was favorable for keeping pollen viability, and 4℃ took the second place, and ordinary temperature 25 ℃ was not conducive to the pollen storage.
