Abstract

Objective To survey the high risk behavior related to HIV infection among men having sex with men(MSM) and provide scientific basis for the intervention to them.Methods Under the informed consent,face to face interviews with MSM were conducted.Results A total of 384 MSM were surveyed,the majority of them were students and worker;the average rate of HIV knowledge awareness was 89.88%;the average age having first sex was 19.07±2.85 years;the average age having first sex with men was 19.07±2.85 years;only 76.29% of MSM used condoms in the latest anal sex behavior with men;only 62.26% of MSM have used condoms in the latest sex behavior with women.Conclusion MSM are high-risk population for HIV infection and high-risk behaviors are common among them,so comprehensive intervention should be conducted fro them.
